Still a high schooler, I have gone through experiences that have lead me to study the psychology, biology, and neurology regarding ergonomics and general well-being for teenagers. I'm here to distill the knowledge I have garnered and share it to other teenagers going through similar situations.
To fully implement the advice I will be giving it is imperative to actively think about the science and theory. If you don't believe and have intention in the methodology, chances are, it won't work. Self-Help is many times understandable, but applying it to transcend you current thresholds can be extremely difficult due to limbic friction. So somethings "just do It".
I am not a professional in this field at all. I do not have any training or education regarding the self-help field. Extremely subjective, but one thing certain is that your effort is nearly instantaneously reflected in the perspective of a day. Momentum will always carry through the day, but remember to start your days good, dopamine levels diminish over the course of the day as serotonin rises.
